Q49. How to change the video resolution?

The VMi11x: Do not support it.
The VMi120: Step into "Camera list" page, press arror icon into "Camera Setting". Press "Video Setting" icon. You can set the video size such as QVGA, VGA and HD.


Q50. How to change the video bit rate?

The VMi11x: Do not support it.
The VMi120: Step into "Camera list" page, press arror icon into "Camera Setting". Press "Video Setting" icon. You can find the "Change Bit Rate" icon.


Q51. How to change the video frame rate?

The VMi11x: Do not support it.
The VMi120: Step into "Camera list" page, press arror icon into "Camera Setting". Press "Video Setting" icon. You can find the "Change Frame Rate" icon.


Q52. Can I turn the LED light off?

Both VMi11x and VMi120: No, you can not turn the LED light off.


Q53. How can I know the camera and the Wi-Fi router are within range of each other?

The VMi11x: Please check the Power/Status LED. If you have done the Internet setting and the Power/Status LED glows red, it may cause by the camera and Wi-Fi router are out of range each other.
The VMi120: Connect your smartphone Wi-Fi to the router, and try to add the camera. You can find the camera in camera list if they are within range of each other.


Q54. Why is the video streaming slow or lags? How to improve it?

The VMi11x:
1. Make sure the camera and the Wi-Fi router are within range of each other.
2. The Internet speed either from your Wi-Fi network or 3G/4G mobile network has a high impact on the perofrmance of the product. The faster and more stable connection speed, the faster you can see the video from the camera.
The VMi120: Ttry to lower down the video size, frame rate or bit rate.


Q55. Can I have the date and time information on snapshot phote?

Both VMi11x and VMi120: No, the date and time information does not stamp on snapshot.


Q56. What is the format of recording clip?

The VMi11x: Do not support it.
The VMi120: The AVI format is used.
